In that moment my palette was so pleased, I became inspired to learn how to make these scrumptious treats. I decided to embark on a macaron self-taught journey. I love baking because it allows me to be creative. Baking gives me a sweet calm in seeing what my hands can make. Baking gives me endless possibilities in taste, smell, structure and in the amount of love I pour into every baking pan.
